Rent increase letter

Dear Sir,

This letter is to notify you about my intention to increase your rent in line with annual CPI inflation rate of 2.4%^[1]. Effective on 21 September 2012 the rent for your Garage 2 at 13 Burlington Road, London, SE17 9NF will increase to £121.85 per month. This rent is due and payable by the 21st day of each month and in the manner described in your original rental agreement. If you do not agree with these changes you may notify us in writing at the address above by giving a Notice to Vacate before the effective date of the changes.
